Worst decision of my life

Roach and rat infestation.
Office staff Is useless , just there to smile and lie. Oblivious to real problems. Someone needs to check the internal financial books on how ppl in that office are handling residents accounts!!!!!!!
Save yourself and families. Just take a tour of the whole establishment ask to see all of the amenities they have to offer you'll see for yourself..

New Apartments!!

I’m loving my upgraded apartment! I am currently on my second lease term, and I was transferred into a brand new apartment! I love the ladies in the office Jaz and Shay! Great property manager also! If I have any concerns or questions the office staff responds promptly. They are fair, and care about the residents needs! Anytime I had an issue they jumped right in to help or fix things. It’s quiet down a lot I absolutely love my neighbors. I love the family environment that the complex has become… . The Abbys are definitely on the rise that host a great staff who are dedicated too a safe, environmentally friendly and loving family atmosphere! I’m loving the transformation!

Still roaches??

My sibling and I moved out in 2019, this was before all the renovations. Main issue? ROACHES! There were everywhere, even in the tennis court!! When we lived here the communication with the front office was terrible…. I see some things don’t change. It was so bad we broke our lease. The roaches would greet at the door before you even knocked. Just because you change the name doesn’t mean it change the environment!

Since assuming ownership, we have implemented numerous improvements to the… property, including regular weekly pest control service. We understand that you are not currently a resident, but if you have family or friends living in our community, please inform them that we take all concerns seriously and are committed to resolving any issues they may encounter. We encourage them to contact the office directly to request a pest control treatment.

DON’T LIVE HERE

Moved in August 2021, second floor apartment beautiful view of the pond. Within a month, roaches were invading the apartment. At one point, the air went out during a heatwave nobody was able to come fix it because it wasn’t an “emergency “. Sat an entire weekend before maintenance came. My door would not stay shut unless it was locked, asked them to come fix it they only changed the lock on the door. Apartments are beautiful but definitely overpriced. Nobody answers the phone in the office, and… they only contact you if you’re behind on rent. Others complained of roaches and mice being in their apartments.
