Great Apartments !

Great property to live at ! Staff are all kind and helpful. Really pretty property, and its huge ! Lots of space for me and my dogs to roam :)

Nice view of the lake

I liked my little apartment. I loved living on the lake in the back where it was quiet and a lot of wild life. The fenced in patios are a very nice feature. The rent is affordable and they allow pets.

Do Not move here

when winter come here comes the roaches big pest problem no park for the kids over priced for no reason

Maintenance issues are not addressed. Rental office has not responded after 8 phone messages, 4 emails and a certified letter!

Cancelled my move in and didn’t send my refund check!

Save your money. I applied for an 1 bedroom apartment and was scheduled to move in on a certain date, of which I prepared for and saved for. They pushed the move in date back twice, before telling me the apartment was unavailable, offering me a studio instead with no discounted rent. At this point I had been in a motel for half a month waiting for the apartment to be move in ready. I asked for my refund check instead, and told them once when they asked me, again through an email, and a third... time where to send the check to. It took three times. I’m still waiting on it if you’re curious, part of me is doubting it’s existence. The people at The Boardwalk at Westlake have proven incapable of doing their job effectively and make my life far more difficult in the meantime. Please, don’t even try this place.
