The Fort Apartments

Ashleigh in the rental office is amazing! Very helpful, but had obviously been fighting an uphill battle with some of her colleagues. It's true, the pool, hot tub, basketball court all closed for most of the summer. There was no functional treadmill for the whole summer. None of these issues were her fault. There is also construction of an entire building that takes up a whole city block going on right across the street. There have been many changes with staffing including maintenance, which... has not helped facilitate the smooth running of this community. Pool has been closed all summer and the management is crappy after you sign lease. They sell leases not manage properties

We just moved out of our place at Fort Apartments, and it was bittersweet. We had such a great experience; the place is nice, great amenities, and best of all the area is so fun - and it will be getting even better over the next few years.

Moving out was painless and they were very fair with our security deposit refund. I would strongly recommend this place, affordable and worth every penny.

Great place if you have a dog over 50lbs, only place in town that allows dobbies!

Great place to live. Awesome amenities and staff. Very little noise.
