    Lots of bad some good

    Ashleigh in the rental office is amazing! Very helpful, but had obviously been fighting an uphill battle with some of her colleagues. It's true, the pool, hot tub, basketball court all closed for most of the summer. There was no functional treadmill for the whole summer. None of these issues were her fault. There is also construction of an entire building that takes up a whole city block going on right across the street. There have been many changes with staffing including maintenance, which… has not helped facilitate the smooth running of this community. There is a lot of work that needs to be done to improve tenent comfort. Unfortunately, if changes aren't made, they might lose the best employee that serves this community.
