Corner Apts
The corner units are dramatically different than the other units. Nice hard wood floors and much cleaner. This is a great location right by downtown and in the historic neighborhood district to go on nice walks. Way cheaper than any unit downtown.

great price but not so great customer service
You really cant beat the price for the location. Its located in a great up and coming neighborhood that's close to everything you want downtown but the building is dirty and disrepair. If you have an issue it takes weeks for the manager to fix it.
