2 Years Too Long!

This was the first apartment moved into with my now fiancée and it was the worst place we've ever lived. Roach infestation, rodent activity, bathtub issues for months, AC issues, and the list goes on. To be honest I don't know how this place has not shut down yet from all the health hazards and if you need something fixed you can forget about it because there is no actual maintenance team for the meridian north and even when they did, still we had to constantly bug them to get important issues… resolved. The management team is super ignorant and they don't want anything to do with you unless you're there to give your rent check. We finally just moved out and didn't realize what we were missing in terms of how an apartment complex should be run. If you're considering this place TURN THE OTHER WAY AND DONT LOOK BACK! It's definitely not worth all the issues we went through. It was the best goodbye we've ever had.

Cockroach Infestation

When I moved into my unit, I immediately discovered a cockroach infestation. They were everywhere—live cockroaches, their casings, baby roaches, and a pervasive odor throughout my new “home.” Upon inspecting the appliances, I found both dead and live cockroaches, even inside the wall outlets. I reported the issue to the leasing office, and they provided me with a newly renovated unit. However, that unit was also infested with cockroaches. I talked to my neighbors and they also mentioned that all… the buildings and units were infested with cockroaches. They even said some even had mice infestations. Do what you want with this information.

No support

The leasing office and management straight up lies to residents. The phone number to contact them does not work. You inform them of problems and they just say sorry and never do anything about it.

Run away, far away

Horrible. Do not live here. Maintenance never shows up, they close out work orders without actually completing them. No line of communication whatsoever. Office is always closed, pool is never open. Not enough words to describe how awful this place is.

Bad maintenance & Leasing office closed

Maintenance is never on time, the leasing office is closed indefinitely, swimming pool closed, apartments aren’t updated, 1 out of 5 stars. They always mess up on your rent too, seems like they apply your rent after the 5th which can make your payment late. I would stay away
