There is NO privacy; loud; bugs

The appliances and appearance of the apartments are great. However the builders clearly cut corners because the walls are paper thin and the windows are not completely sealed, meaning bugs (wasps, ladybugs, gnats, mosquitos) get in constantly. There is no insulation and you can literally hear every word your neighbors say and everything they do. You will know when your neighbor is cooking, eating, showering, and even peeing! It is horrible. So do not live here unless you don't mind paying A LOT... of money just for your privacy to be invaded.
