Richelieu Apartments - in the heart of Mass Ave

The Richelieu Apartments located in downtown Indianapolis are the perfect apartments for the young professionals looking for a fun place to live in the heart of Indy's largest arts district - Massachusetts Avenue. Within walking distance to over 30 bars and restaurants, Mass Ave also boasts 3 professional theaters, a national touring theatre (the Murat Centre), art galleries and more!

Unlike other apartments in the area, the Richelieu has excellent secure, gated parking (although you might… have to be put on a waiting list at first.) There are newer apartments being built right now in downtown Indianapolis, but the Richelieu will be more affordable for those renting for the first time, or on a tight budget. Pet friendly, the apartments range from studios to 2 bedrooms. I currently live in a one-bedroom on the second floor and absolutely love it. Although the appliances and overall look of the apartment are a bit outdated, it was definitely a step up from some of the other apartments in the area. The common areas are well maintained,and there is a laundry facility with 3 washers and dryers in the basement -which might sound small, but I hardly ever have a problem finding an open machine. The management staff is excellent, and deals with maintenance issues immediately! I have to say, I have lived in about 10 different apartments over the years in Indianapolis, and they are the absolute best at taking care of maintenance requests!

Some of the apartments have exposed brick walls, which I love, and some of the larger apartments do have a washer/dryer in the unit. Overall, it's a very cool, hip place to live if you love downtown living. Great for guests to experience the downtown "vibe." It's almost like living in a very well-maintained hotel -except you get to do your own decorating!

This apartment is right in the middle of everything on Mass Ave. You don't have to walk very far to find anything. Whether it's a place to eat or shop, we are right there. It's very affordable for the location and the staff has been nothing but helpful while we have lived there.
