Roaches and NO help with them. Good Luck

Terrible terrible terrible place. Dirty and negligent levels of inadequate conditions. Completely obsolete and ignored fixtures, built ins, heating/plumbing. Derelict to the point of causing depression in the people who stay here. Avoid at all cost.

The Worst Apartments ever a lot of crackheads and junkies around the building all the time. I stayed 2weeks there with my cousin worst experience ever

Run Away

The Rotherwood Apartments are the absolute worst place to live. There is always an issue. One girl was followed up to her apartment and choked out, and the guy tried to kidnap and rape her. There's always crack heads and sketchy people loitering around the building, and people ODing from heroine in the alley. Horrible roach problems. Crawling through every crevice.. it's just like a horror movie. Maintenance is horrible, everything about it is a nightmare. You can't even open any cabinets or... drawers that come with the bathroom or kitchen because they painted over it with LEAD PAINT!!! All the staff and maintenance absolutely can't stand to be bothered with their jobs. Such an unfortunate experience. I have had numerous reasons to be able to break my lease; however, they will do everything in their power to make sure you can't break your lease so they can keep stealing money from you.
