So far the apartment is okay . Room has a wet carpet smell , and previous water damage on the wood framing on the bedrooms bathroom door . So we shall see but overall great for the price !

Except my welcome sign was stolen by someone who thought like its okay to take someone else stuff without permission and the one neighbor who seems to not like us, which is okay??.overall living here is fine, we've been here 1 month so far, we are getting to know Others nice neighbor, they are nice and polite .so I will update

Very disappointed in the amount of time it takes for them to address small issues within the apt. I've been here for my second lease and unfortunately I'm STILL waiting on some things to be fixed since moving in. Hopefully they will find a way to address these issues in a more timely manner, but they definitely want the rent on time and don't care about waiving any misunderstandings with payment even from committed renters

Any questions or inquiries I had were answered. There was no hassle, I handed in application and paperwork on time and everything just flowed. I felt like she cared and genuinely did her job well.

At the end of this year (2025) I will have been here 19 years. I have seen the ups and downs throughout the years. My opinion of this place is that it's not that bad. As a delivery driver with 30 years experience I have been to a lot of apartment complexes in that time. Is this one the best? Of course not! But I have been to some that look like they should be burned to the ground and rebuilt from scratch. Timber Point is nowhere near that stage. We as tenants need to help keep this place safe... and clean. The more we do that the less pressure we put on the maintenance staff. And it frees them up to get caught up on the big problems that need to be resolved.
