I have lived here for almost a year with my roommate. There is no emergency number to contact and it’s impossible to get anything fixed unless it’s in writing. Even then it takes hours for any type of response. The landlord has contacted my roommate at both of her jobs even though she has access to two current cell phone numbers of ours. She has stated to us that she doesn’t like the company we have over even though our rent is paid in full every month. You DO NOT want to rent from her and her... son. She lives on the property and thinks she can dictate whom you’re friends with. Mind you, we both work more then one job and aren’t home very often. Apparently, this has also been a problem for her because she questioned my roommate and wanted to know if we still live here. She also doesn’t follow what her own lease states. She claims it’s a good area yet there have been two murders within 2 blocks in the last year. Save your money and find a reputable place to live that doesn’t involve having a “mommy” landlord to babysit you.
