Best place I have ever lived
This apartment complex is amazing. There is an open line of communication with management and they make you feel like family. All of your needs are addressed in an extremely fast manner and if that isn’t possible and time is needed you are always informed and made aware of the situations.
The Maintenence staff is extremely professional and are the friendliest people. You feel comfortable with the maintenance staff in your home because of the open lines of communication as well as their... professionalism. They also do amazing repair work and always finish quickly and efficiently and the work is always done right.
There are no hidden fees. What is in your lease is what you pay.
The apartments are spacious and offer a great place for a single person as well as a place to raise a family. I have lived in a 1 and 2 bedroom and both have been absolutely amazing. The rent price is perfect for the area.
The biggest thing about this complex is that you always feel safe and that the environment is kept safe and clean by management but also by the tenants. The people who they let live here all are respectful, nice, and take pride in living at Westbrook apartments. This is the perfect place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone who is wanting a safe and amazing apartment experience for an affordable cost.

LOVE!
We have lived here for 4 years and love It! The fees are fair, apartments are the perfect size. The facilities are always wonderful to use, they even put in a little fenced in dog park for the furry friends! ? Management is EXCELLENT when it comes to problem solving and taking care of the residents. Be right, do right is their motto and they have not disappointed yet. The maintenance crew are awesome as well. Always prompt in fixing any issue and very kind. We love it here!

This is an AWESOME place! I just put down my $100 holding fee adn I will be moving in 6/7/14. This complex has a pool, tennis court, basketball court, fitness center and a Club house. The apartment is spacious and lots of stoage space. The Manager I worked with was aWESOM and he helped me get set up
