Unpleasant

Very unprofessional, snobby, rude property manager. For this price you might as well get a house for rent. Tons of hidden fees, and walls are paper thin.

Amazing property

Property Manager Tiffany is the best property manager I have ever met she was honest about the property and the landscaping is amazing! If you have a dog they have units for people with dogs I can’t wait to move in!

Perfect rental experience.

We absolutely loved staying at briarwood!! Clean and comfortable unit, pool and playgrounds for kids to play, good size garage, and laundry unit in the apartment! Tiffany was amazing to work with, not only when initially renting but the entire time we were there, always helpful and kind- she left no questions unanswered. We even used the clubhouse for a bridal shower and she was very accommodating. This is our 3rd rental we’ve ever stayed in due to relocation and it was definitely the favorite.

Tiffany is super easy to work with. Apartments are very nice and they keep up with them. They fix everything in a timely manner!
