Awesome!

I am considering retiring and moving to be closer to my family. However, Hawthorne Properties has set a pretty high bar. No matter where I look, nothing compares. First, the office staff is not only professional, they are also personal and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond whether it is an emergency, my air conditioner stopped working or replacing the battery in the smoke detector at the top of my vaulted ceiling. Once, they even offered to help carry a large package for me. The grounds… are immaculate. Buildings have plenty of green space between so they are not smooshed together. Most importantly, I feel safe. Retirement is an option; moving--NOPE!

Couldn’t stand living there.

Maintanence sucked; office staff was nice until I moved in and they got my money; and they made my friend that used live there get rid of his dog or they would evict him.

Hawthorne Properties

The Hawthorne apartments are very pleasant apartments. The office staff could be a lot nicer, they are pretty bitter most days. The rent is a bit pricy but worth it.
