    Misleading Sign

    I visited 'The Press' today after seeing multiple signs on-site advertising 'newly renovated' units. Unfortunately, the unit I was shown has not been renovated since 2018. There were visible cracks in the walls by the windows and the carpeting was significantly worn. When I pointed out the discrepancy between the advertising and the reality of the unit, the leasing agent acknowledged the signs were misleading. I’m disappointed that my time was wasted on a bait-and-switch. Prospective tenants… should be aware that 'newly renovated' here appears to mean 'eight years old.'
