Could be improved
Pros: Cool building, huge apartment, great location, fantastic balconies
Cons: Elevator is constantly breaking and stays broken for days/weeks at a time. Poor communication from staff. Not all apartments have washers/dryers. Packages tend to 'disappear' after delivery sometimes. Upkeep has gone downhill, trash in parking garage, things don't look as clean as they did in the past.
