Bad management and cheat on fees

We got a dirty room when my son moved in and got charged with cleaning fee when he moved out (We spent hours cleaning the rooms before moved out). The cabinet under bathroom sink was rotten and dirty when my son moved in and did not get fixed for about 6 weeks. The ants invaded the apartment for a few weeks in June.

Good apartments for singles or couples

Sight unseen I moved into extra-large 1BR & gladly stayed there 2 years.

Danielle as a leasing agent didn’t impress me but WFA did for the most part. I never needed maintenance b/c my apartment was in a fairly new building.

Note that WFA does NOT offer recycling or common area cleaning. Their trash dumpers were often full. The pool wasn’t open most of the time due to repairs. The pool house was offered as possible party venue but not used as such. There is no playground for children. Noise… from highway 231 is moderate nuisance.
