Maple Leaf Apartments

I have been with Maple leaf and equity management for about a year and a half now. I'm a life long renter, have lived in northwest area my whole life, even grew up living in apartments. I haven't been happier in an apartment complex, probably since I was a kid. I feel good coming home at night because I love my apartment, my neighbors, the maintenance department, and the office workers. I love my apartment! It has all the amenities needed for comfortable living. I have over 1000 sq ft, two bedroons, two full baths with one being in my bedroom. I have a washer & dryer hook-up & the convience of being able to rent a washer/dryer from the management, patio, central air, wall to wall carpet, tiled kitchen & dining room, decent closet space & a well lit entrances, hallway & parking lot. Had multiple problems with water damage in the apartment. Management takes their time to address problems and overall apartment maintenance is poor.
