I moved into Whitcomb Terrace sight unseen, and I’ve been really happy with my experience so far. The apartment was clean and in great condition when I arrived. Ebony in the office was friendly, informative, and very helpful throughout the process, which made the move-in feel easy and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend Whitcomb Terrace to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to live.

Worst Apartment Complex
The apartment walls are paper thin, you can hear everything that goes on in everyone’s apartment! Loud rude neighbors which management really didn’t do anything to keep the noise level down! The apartments are mold infected! Myself & other neighbors had mold in our apartments! My apartment had a flood which was caused by the laundry room next to my apartment & a leak from the neighbor’s tub above me! The flood was taking care of right away, but the leak in the bathroom ceiling took a month to... get repaired! The laundry room doesn’t have an air vent to connect to the outside for the dryer, which is causing the walls in the hall to sweat & feel like a sauna which is also causing the mold! I’m so happy that my lease has ended!

The Worse Place Ever
Only thing they care about is rent so quick to smack a 10 day notice but can’t never come when it’s a problem with something in the apartment. Do NOT Move Here

BEWARE
Well, I have tried to be understanding and patient. I have had so many problems with this apartment. From the heating, to the electric and now the leaking(through the ceiling in the bedroom and patio). I have given up on expecting them to resolve them. My most recent problems is leaking in the apartment. In particular, leaking above my bed in my bedroom and leaking through the frame of the patio window. The maintenance keeps coming out to inspect the carpet but they are not doing... anything like fixing the ceiling or the patio frame to resolve the problem.

Beware
I have not had a good experience. I have tried to be understanding toward this apartment complex. I have been patient, kind and respectful. Consistently, the maintenance requests have not been resolved. The most recent problems: leaking in my bedroom ceiling above my bed. 5am I awoke to water dripping in my bed. Later that same day, I discovered that water was leaking in through the patio window area. I asked for a wet vac so that I could get the water out of carpet. I was told that... carpet cleaners were being sent out on that day. I thought this was unusual, but I was assured they were coming out. Of course, this did not occur. I was left to use towels, blankets and sheets to absorb the water. I had to use my electric heater to attempt to dry the area. I am currently still dealing with this problem. During the winter months, I had numerous problems with my heat and electric in the apartment. Oh! I almost forgot about the leaking in the closet which destroyed some of my jewelry products that I sell to help pay my rent. My apartment is very outdated. In my opinion, you really need to know your rights as a tenant. You need to become familiar with the process for filing a complaint. I just started this process; I wished I started it earlier.
