She helped me when I was down and out on my luck.
Great tenants and amazing staff that keep the apartments in top shape.
Great price and even better management I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Please don’t move here if you value your safety, especially if you’re a single mom with a child. I do not feel safe at all with my baby and the amount of people that have talked to me that walk the streets all day and night. My car has gotten broken into two times, this last time causing me 5k in damage. If you drive around the lots, every Kia is broken into cause the kia boys walk around out here and the gang violence is bad. There’s no cameras or security and idk about anyone else but I... definitely don’t like random strangers coming into my home every other month for mortgage inspections or “bug cleanups” what BUGS? ?? and they’ll send 6 people in my apartment at once with my baby here. You for real? only one dumpster for like 7 buildings? Office is NEVER open? The manager is NEVER there?

We are sorry you had this experience. Since this post the buildings have changed ownership and management. I will agree with you that the management of the time was never there. The office is now open Monday thru Friday and a manager is there 5... days a week. There have been many other changes since this post including two dumpsters and pick up 3 days a week.

Very well kept property, also quite area. The maintenance guys are always on it. Great place to exercise and raise family.

When I first moved in I gave all 5 star ratings. The complex was very quiet and the grounds were well maintained. You could tell management was very selective about who can live in the apartments. Now that new management has taken over it is a very different feel. The grounds are still well maintained but It is becoming more noisy and new management is not selective as to who moves in. I'm very concerned about what this is turning into. It doesn't seem that checks, background or living checks... are being performed.

Bedrooms are big. Washer and dryer in apartment. Kitchen is small but has a dishwasher.
