Looking rundown

Be sure that you physically tour the apartment before accepting. I was not told that my apartment would have brown shag carpet and old yellow appliances. Also, my AC unit is ancient and very expensive in Summer. If you choose near the playground, get ready for screaming kids, fireworks, and kids hanging out on your patio. Grass is always mowed but the landscaping needs redone as well as parking lot. Snow removal was nonexistent during the worst snow events. Would not recommend unless you are in... serious pinch.

Great place to live

This was a great place to live. Great location, the apartment was spacious and clean. Juan was always available and maintenance always was quick to respond when needed. I would definitely recommend it

This property is excellent

My time here was very pleasant. The landlord and staff were readily available to address any concerns that I had, and the complex was always very well kept. It is a very quiet and safe environment to live in.

Excellent management

This is a wonderful place to live. The manager Juan is excellent! He takes issues seriously and works hard to make this a safe and peaceful place to call home! Maintenance is prompt to get issues resolved if you have issues. I have lived here 3 1/2 years and had 1 maintenance issue! I can’t say enough good things!
