Beaver Creek Apartments

I’ve lived at Beaver Creek for several years. Being upstairs, I like the private entrance to my apartment. Management is very helpful and I’ve always had prompt maintenance when needed. It’s a nice location close to shopping, the library, and downtown Newburgh. Pool is beautiful in summer. Nice clubhouse for parties.

I’ve lived in the Beaver Creek apartments now for a little under a year. My spouse and I moved from the west side to Newburgh to be closer to our jobs and searched for places for quite a while. We applied and within a week, we were accepted, had a move in date, met the assistant manager, and had a date to tour the community and apartment. They’re all so kind in the office, and every time we’ve ever needed something fixed, maintainable had it done the same day (even when we had to call at 6 pm on… a Sunday). I moved from Tennessee to Newburgh at the end of March and I must say this apartment really has great maintenance service and the Leasing Managers are awesome. Mallory and Tamara are great managers and so willing to help you out in any way they can. The property is absolutely beautiful and it shows that the managers really care about keeping this property as clean and pretty as possible. I am very happy with where I chose to stay.
