New Management making a difference!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with the team at Cumberland Pointe. It is clear that the staff is truly attentive and genuinely focused on ensuring a high quality experience for their residents. A special shout-out to Lacia and Sarah; they make visiting the office a pleasure! They are incredibly welcoming, and it’s obvious that they prioritize their clients' happiness in everything they do. I highly recommend reaching out to them when looking for a new place to call home.

Very friendly & helpful staff

Scheduled a walk through tour with Sarah and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the grounds! The apartment was also clean and well taken care of but we ended up passing bc of our families budget. Lacia had a super positive and fun attitude even though we had to look at other options.
