Lions Creek

Lions Creek is excellent because the buildings are made of solid construction and the walls are thicker than most apartment buildings these days. My highest praise has to go, not only to the wonderful ladies at the leasing office who are always friendly and helpful, but also to the best Maintenance team in Indiana. Drew is a genius and always knows how to fix whatever problem comes along. Thank you yet again, Drew, for fixing our kitchen faucet and all the extra things that you notice and fix... before we even have to submit a request for them. This is truly excellent Customer Service. This is why we plan to stay here for many more years. You can't beat the location and with staff like this, I just have nothing but good things to say. I have lived here for almost 5 years and for the most part it has been a good experience. Like most apartment complexes there are upgrades we may not like and things they do that we don’t like, but overall it has been a good place to live.

Living at Lions Creek Apartments has been a really positive experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well cared for, which makes it easy to feel at home. One of my favorite features is the dog park—it’s a great space for pets to run and play.
I also love the resident events—they’re a fun way to meet neighbors and really make the community feel welcoming. The team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance is handled quickly. Well, I would give u 5 stars, but since the renovations, the few things really made me mad.
First, they took out the garbage disposal, and put in this monstrosity sink! U can take a bath. They use the old faucets!
2nd, they took the fan out, and put it out in the hall. When winter comes, it's cold enough, let alone the fan makes it colder. No sense.
3d, all these LED lights.
I've been here for 8 yrs. I do like it here, as it's close to work, and mostly quiet.
The maintenance is great. They... come in a timely manner. The staff r friendly.
Some of the charges though, r crazy. As far as the trash valet, u should give us a choice if we want it or not. Being charged if u don't use it is wrong.
I'm tired of moving, as rent isn't any cheaper anywhere else. I like living in Noblesville.

I've been here for 9 years and can't complain about anything. When I need maintenance they come as soon as they are available. There's 500 people here and they do the best they can. Office staff is great too
