Problems left and right Garbage disposal was never fixed. Large burner on the stove is broken again, as well as that the knob is on incorrectly and is unreadable so you don’t know how high you have it.

Unbelievable Place to Live Hamilton Station has a great community of residents. Me and my family can enjoyed quiet times on the balcony. The kids are respe tful and quiet. Maintenance is always responsive, on time, knowledgable and a professinal craftsman. The front office SUPERB!

Lot of issues Washer valve was leaking, garbage disposal doesn’t work, big burner on the stove didn’t work when I moved in. AC can’t even keep up when the sun is down in the middle of the night after they said it was fixed. Maintenance has fixed everything quickly besides the AC.
