Estates At Eagle's Pointe

Lived here for a year and spent many days cleaning up trash in the yard etc.. I left the place in awesome shape even left a new dishwasher of which they wouldn’t ever replace after the original one died .. Not getting my deposit back as it got absorbed into an additional months rent post move out .. Find another place to live !

I have lived at Eagles Pointe for many years. It didn’t used to be so bad. But now, due to new owners & management, Eagles Pointe is a miserable place to live! Eagles Pointe has large yards, but as a renter you are not even allowed to have even a baby swing or kiddie pool. The lease even states that if you have guests over they are not allowed on the outside property of your rented home. Yes they allow pets, but your pet is only allowed outside if you are walking it on a leash, and they will… watch you, don’t even think about breaking rules! Yet homeowners in the neighborhood appear to have no restrictions and vicious breeds of dogs are notoriously running loose, posing a danger to you, your pets and your children. As for the pool & fitness center, they are never actually opened, even before Covid. They never have a lifeguard or clean water, and the gym is always closed because of damage. Gangs of teens control the parks, making them unsafe for children & wander the streets at night looking for cars and homes to break into, vandalize, or steal.
