I haven’t had a great experience here. I’ve been here over 6 months and do not intend to renew my lease. The apartments look nice and are in a nice location, but everything is falling apart and it’s hard to get things repaired. In the short time I’ve lived here, I’ve had issues with the plumbing, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. Some requests have taken weeks to get a response too. Personally, I don’t believe this place is worth the cost in rent.

Always a pleasure. I’ve lived at Echo Park a few years and enjoy our neighborhood and all the extra amenities in our community. Excellent gym, dog park, dog bath, pool and awesome if you enjoy walking/running outdoors.

This was my first apartment. I feel good about the decision. Great staff, and community! My kids love the pool and community center. We will dable into the grilling and lounging this spring. The grounds are always clean and plenty of parking. Cleanliness is next to Godliness!
