Charged $15 to change a light bulb, tried to charge a fee to add pets that were already on lease, absolutely terrible management do not move here. Took a week to fix leaking washer

This is the worst place that I have ever. High price without any service and maintenance. Irresponsible manager. high utility bill without any Internet.
