Unresponsive Management, Poor Quality Apartment

The units appear to be in good condition at first, but once you've lived there, you learn the truth. Water leaks in from the windows. Windows will remain broken with no fix from management for the duration of your lease. They'll overcharge you on move out for things you didn't damage. They do not respond to noise complaints. The non-smoking buildings have plenty of smoking. You have to hope the laundry facilities don't get broken because maintenance will literally do nothing about it for months.… They marked my requests complete over and over again without actually changing anything or working on the machine.

The people in the office are nice people, but don't get it twisted - they will not help you when you need help. I cannot recommend against this place enough. Worst apartment rental of my life - by far.

No heat

My heat went out sometime Saturday night or early Sunday morning December 1st. I contacted the people who manage the Apartments and was told it can't be looked at until Tuesday December 3rd. I guess they don't consider being without heat an emergency. I am not a happy resident of gray Ridge.

Excellent location and updated!

The units were recently updated. Great location and lots of outdoor space to walk around. Under new management too which is adding to the positive change.
