The worst place Ive ever lived in!!!! Crime rate is ridiculous. Had broken things since I moved in. Management has refused to take my concerns and has not fixed anything.

Be careful!!!
Rent hike at 20%, only justification "market value", lots of gunshots, nearly every month or two. I've never used the laundry as they were out dated. Doesn't feel safe here even with police and Violent Crimes Unit constantly patrolling the area. My vehicle has been broken into twice. Lack of working light posts, never come home late, and money hungry management for a subpar apartment complex. If you are an ND grad student stay away from here!

NOT LUXURY LIVING
This place is disgusting. badly infested with cockroaches and literally falling apart. The lights in the laundry rooms do not even work. They focus on updating the outside to draw people in instead of fixing the issues within the apartments. All the positive reviews you see are baited by offering a chance to win discounts, gift cards, etc... DO NOT move here.

Great Place!
The new management company is working so hard to make the complex a beautiful place. It’s in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping places.
