Do NOT give them a hold deposit.

DO NOT PUT A HOLD DEPOSIT. It will take an act of God to get it back.

I applied to this apartment complex, meeting all minimum requirements. As such, I paid for a hold on an apartment of $200.00. This was on June 20th. They then said I needed a co-signer because I own my house but name is not on the title. I declined and then requested a refund immediately the same day.

It is now August 5th and I still have not received my refund despite numerous attempts to do so.

The reply I have gotten… stated that "...corporate will have to issue a check and I will have to go pick it up..." but so far, I have not received it, which I am pretty sure is against the law. I will have to ask my attorney when I speak to him about next steps.

No luxury apartment would act like this with applicants. Beware. 7th

Pool!!!

Love living here. Especially now that the pool is open! Landscaping looks fantastic. Great job so far this year grace and maintenance team.

Great Service

Office has helped thru a few different problems but were great to work with and cared about us throughout. Problems happen, but they fixed them quickly and kept us in the loop. Truly appreciate the way they help when you need something.

Different Property Now

Lived here for years and the improvement on the property over that time has been incredible. Landscaping is phenomenal, quick maintenance, friendly staff. Thank you Cobblestone!

Huge Apartments!

Sold our house while the market is up and going from a big house to an apartment is kinda scary..until I saw the apartment size with a 2 car garage, it made it a lot less scary. It almost feels like a house - one I just don't have to cut the grass for or maintain a pool lol. This is a beautiful place and I can't wait to move in!
