Absolutely cockroach infested. The only thing the office seems to be willing to do is lie and blame me for the issue.

Love the dog park and it's a quite environment. The office staff are excellent. Especially Jamie and Cheyenne. They were there to help me with all my questions I had while moving in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean and quite place to live..

Office staff is rude, when you call them and ask them to deal with the roach problem, they act like it's not their problem. They refuse to mandate pest control for all the apartments and will only spray once a month if you ask them to.
Was a great place to live years ago, has really went down hill!

We're sorry you had this experience. The pest control company is at the community weekly, if you let the office staff know of your issue, you'll be on the service list for that week. If you wish to discuss your unique situation further, please... reach out to ResidentExperience@M2REGroup.com and a member of our corporate team will reach out to you.

I take my dogs over to the park. Each time I have to check to make sure the double gate facing East is always leaning and there is a big gap. I always pull it together and latch the gate to hold it shut. It isn't the maintenance guys that do that. It is the residents that use the double gate, and I think they use that gate. It is for the guys to use that mow our grass.
