Maple Leaf Apartments

This isn't a very good apartment complex. There's no apartment manager and the matince guy that lives on site is very sick. The owner tells you to fix whatever the problem is and he will take it off your rent but never does. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. I'm only staying until my lease is up in February 2016. Don't move to Union City, Indiana. The only thing good here is the schools.
