The middle apartments do not have extra windows in the kitchen where as the back apartments has two extra windows in the kitchen/bedroom. The window is the only difference between the middle and back apartments.

Parking available. You may purchase a reserved parking space for $600 for the year which gives you exclusive use, so you never are concerned with not having a place to park. Parking this close to campus is a very desirable and hard to get.

Residents are responsible for electric and internet. Management will pay for water, sewage and trash. Internet is available through Frontier and Xfinity/Comcast.
