BJ is very good home for me.There are so many excellent and patient workers.They are very friendly and their sevice is professional.I like here very much.

If this website provides 0 star I would choose that level. Super rude staff when you check out, even you cleaned your apartment very careful, they tried to take all your deposit away with super rude manner. My case: the staff just came into our apt and did the inspection without mentioning the problem that she had found (we were right beside her with friendly help), and after her inspection, she just pushed us to sign the checklist with no explanation, when we asked her to go through the… checklist together with us, she showed her rudeness and impatient and finally refused to do it by keep mentioning that she was super busy and had no time on doing it. When we questioned her, she replied us with super rude sentences: "your hair is everywhere in your bathroom and it's your hair not mine!" and when we showed our attitude about her rudeness she let us get out of our apt by mentioning that she took this as we refusing to sign the form. When we came back to the office and tried to talk about it with their manager the next day, who just avoided to talk about her staff's rudeness, un-politeness and un-professional manner, and trying to cover this thing. No regret attitude at all. All this part was not about the money but the experience and the feeling that they provided to you at the last min. Be careful when you decide to move into this kind of APT, they will show you their fake kindness when you move in and will definitely ruin your moods on the last day when you check out! I am resident here since last year. I was attracted by the Beau Jardin website but after signing the lease I was given the filthiest apartment. The kitchen was dripping with oil and the bathroom was dirty with the remnants of the previous residents (you know what I mean). I reported to the housing authorities, the maintenance team were rude to me and told that they won't clean them or replace rusted appliances. I should say that the management is really greedy, here is one good example, usually… we renew the lease one month before it gets over, in Beau Jardin you need to renew 4 month (120 days) before the lease end date. If I don't do it by 120 days I will be charged very heavily as each and everyday goes. And if you want internet and tv service, the only two service are Comcast and Frontier. Frontier service is poor and Comcast is very expensive. I opted for Direct TV but the housing authority didn't permit Direct TV to install. 1-They try their best to take as much money as they can, so be careful. Resident satisfaction mean nothing for them.
2- Based on 1, they force you to give vacation notice 4 months ... yes 4 months before the end of your lease. Isn't that crazy?
3- Based on 1, you not only supposed to pay the gas and the electricity, but also they force you to pay the water, sewage and trash.
4- Based on 1, The apartments are very old and look very old, even though, the rent is very high compared to the whole… neighborhood.
5- Based on 1, when you move in, they take the security deposit and tell you that it is fully refundable, but when you move out they take as much as they can and tell you that it is a cleaning fee. For example, they take $ 75 from everybody from their deposits and say it is a carpet cleaning fee and so on.
6- very noisy and the office don't do anything to take care of your complains. Some times you need to call the police because your upstars neighbors have an extremely laud party that gos on for the whole night and you have to wake up to work at 6 clock .

I don't recommend that ugly place and the extremely greedy people for anybody. Read More
