Five stars!

I had such a great experience touring Farmhouse at Lantern Commons! Kat, the property manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

The community itself is beautiful, but having someone like Kat there really made the experience stand out. She made the entire tour feel comfortable and personal, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the property and the… people who live there. Definitely one of the best apartment touring experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Maintanance team appreciation!

I previously left feedback about a few areas that needed improvement, and I wanted to take the time to come back and recognize the team for actually listening and taking action. I’m happy to say that all of my concerns have been addressed, and I really appreciate the follow-through.

Our back porch water issue was taken seriously. Someone from the construction company came out, explained the planned next steps, and more recently the landscaping team leveled the ground and appears to have added a… drainage pipe as well. We haven’t had a good rain yet to fully test it, but it definitely looks promising!

A special shout-out to Rob from the maintenance team! He followed up on all of my maintenance requests, including replacing the blinds, and made sure everything that was pending was taken care of. I really appreciate his responsiveness and attention to detail.

Overall, I really appreciate that our feedback was heard and, most importantly, acted upon. Thank you to the management, maintenance, construction, and landscaping teams for the improvements and for following through!

Really nice place!

Office staff are lovely! Approachable and kind. As are the maintenance staff, particularly Rob, who always goes the extra mile. I enjoy him very much. He always says hi and means it. He is a model maintenance guy who everyone should take after and learn from. He comes across as even a friend vs an employee there. He has helped me with so much in a short amount of time. Kudos to you Rob! The office staff are so personable and gentle. They truly care and want your time there to be wonderful. Their… communication to residents is also top-notch. I do not regret moving here while I am building my home.

Farmhouse at the Lantern Commons

We have absolutely loved our experience at the Farmhouse. Kat, Allison, and Natalie have been so great at managing the property. They communicate quickly, and kindly every time. They keep things organized, fun, and always have something new in store for the residents. The maintenance team does a wonderful job tackling issues quickly, and respectfully as they enter our space. We have been so blessed to be here, and really love the amenities, location, and space we’re in.

Excellent Staff/Maintenance

Our air-conditioning was collecting water and shutting off. Rob was here within 20 minutes of placing my service request. He vacuumed out the line, worked his magic, and our air-conditioning came back on immediately. He was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. Rob even came back to check on it the next day to make sure it was still working. The Farmhouse at Lantern Commons is a great place to live.
