Parking Made me write this. Parking space per Apt.A,B,C,D
I would rather not waste anymore time then i should. This place is a HUGE JOKE when it comes to parking passes and spaces permitted for you to park in period. If you have guests or visitors they will be towed if they park in front Your house. Stay from from this unless you habe budgeted exspenses for tow bills. Btw the walls are less then papper thin. I can hear my neighbor fondling thier keys before they even leave. This complex looks nice but let me tell you they look exatcly the same, pluss... 2 things paint and new cabnites. Everything else they upgraded was outside. Sidewalks are new, new lighting, but still have no assigned parking spot. Ive recived so much trouble from this complex, That i will go out of my way to show you the other side of the pancake.
If its an emergency then this invesment will work but has consequences.

It's been ok for the money
The apartment buildings are very old and not really well maintained. They are currently doing a multi million dollar face lift on the place but most of the work seems to be on the outside of the buildings. The insides need to be re insulated, re walled, and the bathrooms need redone too.
