Redwood is a wonderful community We lived in our apartment for 6 months while our house was being built. Having a garage and yard for our dog was wonderful. The neighbors are friendly and Sam is fantastic. He answers all work orders and resolves issues quickly.
If you are looking for an apartment we highly recommend Redwood !

10/10 The best way to do apartment living The set-up feels like a private residence with a yard and patio; its awesome. Most well-run housing company I've ever used. The staff (especially Cara) is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The maintenance guy Sam is wonderful and very reliable. They really thought through every step of the process throughout your entire stay with them. The only slight downside that we didn't learn until we moved in is that you cannot ride bicycles, roller-skates,... skateboards, etc on the roads, but this was manageable. Would definitely recommend and would definitely live again.
