It's also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment, and if you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Enjoy a drink with friends at Moontown Brewing Company and then head to Cobblestone Zionsville for a delicious meal accompanied by live music. Whitestown is a car-friendly town with easy access to major highways and thoroughfares. Whitestown has several bike trails and lanes throughout the town, making it a bike-friendly option for getting around. Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. Check out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Absolutely no smoking is allowed, and there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed. Violators will be reported to police, and the contract will be terminated immediately. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on the premises. Following multiple warnings, local law enforcement will be utilized to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
