Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited, and a $150 violation fee will apply. To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit.
