Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras, and the first offense will result in a warning, while the second offense will result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Guests are advised that the pool facilities are seasonal and typically open in mid-May and close at the end of October each year. The exact opening and closing dates may vary depending on weather conditions and building management’s discretion. Access to the pool outside of this period cannot be guaranteed, and no adjustments to reservations will be made in relation to pool availability.
