What a wonderful experience! We are so excited about moving into our Redwood home. We were treated with care and attention by everyone we've worked with. As a retired couple we love the familiarity of living in a single family home with all the amenities of renting. We love the concept! We found the floor plans to be generous and laid out in a logical and intuitive way. We're looking forward to our time at Redwood Whitestown.

Great Place

My husband and I had a good experience while living here at Redwood Whitestown. We were always able to contact the site manager or schedule for maintenance to be completed very easily. I will say that others who have posted on here were correct about the HVAC being very loud, but it didn’t bother us too much. A big plus was being able to have a garage! Overall it was a good experience, especially if you’re wanting to rent something that’s more like a house rather than an apartment.

Not worth the price- Not Great management

Not worth the price! Get an apartment for cheaper with actual amenities like a pool, fitness center, or a bark park! When the AC blows its super loud so you have to turn your tv or music volume all the way up to hear it. They only have one staff member there so it's really really hard to contact anyone without getting ahold of upper management. There are a lot more cons than pros, unfortunately. I hate to say it but do not live here. We had way too high of hopes for a built-cheap, noisy, condo.
