Great Place
My husband and I had a good experience while living here at Redwood Whitestown. We were always able to contact the site manager or schedule for maintenance to be completed very easily. I will say that others who have posted on here were correct about the HVAC being very loud, but it didn’t bother us too much. A big plus was being able to have a garage! Overall it was a good experience, especially if you’re wanting to rent something that’s more like a house rather than an apartment.

Not worth the price- Not Great management
Not worth the price! Get an apartment for cheaper with actual amenities like a pool, fitness center, or a bark park! When the AC blows its super loud so you have to turn your tv or music volume all the way up to hear it. They only have one staff member there so it's really really hard to contact anyone without getting ahold of upper management. There are a lot more cons than pros, unfortunately. I hate to say it but do not live here. We had way too high of hopes for a built-cheap, noisy, condo.

Followup to the Noisy woodlands
We contacted the unit manager and regional VP. As this was a new apartment, they decided to bring in an HVAC technician and adjust the blower motor's output level, which was helpful. Although we decided to move on, the building manager and service tech tried their best to fix the problem. In the end, the noise level may not be too much for you; it was for us.
