New management so don’t take the old reviews for there value.

Hall ways a filthy.

Personally I went without water for three weeks, I was traveling for work some of that time.

I was told that they would compensate me, but nothing.

And currently no laundry services for 3 months, with a sign explaining that they are replacing the machines…

Just a dump now and it is sad because before it was a cool place to live.

I just received my "deposit" back after calling and emailing since May. My "deposit" was maybe 1/3 of what I put down and I don't know who they think they are fooling. There is no itemized list of what they took off and why, plus they have the original amount wrong...off by over $200!
I don't know what is wrong with the new management, but they can't remember who paid rent (I was accused of not paying several times when I did). They don't give two craps about fixing anything that is broken,… noise complaints, mowing the lawn, and on and on. And as you can see by the other reviews, they don't give security deposits back, and if they do it is not in full. And they are impossible to get a hold of! My roommates and I have been waiting for 3 months to get our security deposit back. The maintenance took for ever for someone to fix something. Every time I call (At least once a week if not more) I get told something different. Their excuse they like to use is that they had bad management and had to replace everyone. I’ve been told this for 2 months. You would think they would have things together by now. I lived here for a year and did not enjoy it. Four seasons struggles to communicate to its residents and they are very slow to answer maintenance calls. When they do come around to fix the issues, they do the bare minimum. Not only did I have communications issues, I had cockroaches. They did send in a big guy but I continued to have issues. The manager is also very disorganized and rarely knows how to answer your questions. I would highly recommend looking for another place to live.
