Great apartments

They have a great view and are very spacious. They also have the best amenities for their tenants.

Good except 1 issue

There are alot of dog owners on this property and unfortunately they do not clean up after their animals. Makes it nearly impossible for children to play on the grass. You must look down at your feet while you walk on the property or you will wreck your shoes.

Pros and cons

Maintenance has been my only real issue and I’m fingers crossed with the new management that they find a way to get that in order. Otherwise, beautiful homes, extremely reasonable pricing, a central hub to Riley, Manhattan, Topeka, etc.

We have been living here for about 2 years now, and don't have much to complain about! Good place to live! We are military and everytime we've had a problem they fix in a timely manner!!!
