Quiet place to call home. Tenants are very quiet and nice. Landlord is great and very responsive to ANY issues you may have and many times is there within hours to respond.

The apartments are spacious, the decks are long and the landlord is reasonable but there are definitely pitfalls....
* Apartments aren't well insulated and leak like a sieve. Utility bills are through the roof because of this.
* Front door buzzers don't always work so you may or may not get notified that there is someone waiting to be buzzed in for you
* Bathrooms require weekly cleaning to keep mold and mildew down to a minimum
* If anyone is smoking in their apartment above you it's more... likely than not going to find it's way into your apartment
* Only lock on the door is a deadbolt and half the time the doors barely latch.
