The Owners are SLUMLORDS

The owners Devan & Vijay Dewer are slumlords in my opinion. They are violent and show little concern about their tenants. Roaches, gnats and mice are everywhere. I didn't have heat/cool for 3 yrs. There's visible mold/mildew. The roof tiles are falling off. Dave the manager is a liar and says whatever it takes to get you out the office. Fortunately I just sued them and won over 15k but they still haven't paid me a dime or fixed what the court ordered them to fix. No competent maintenance… department and raises rent $100 every year.

Nothing but good things to say!!

I have lived here coming up on two years now and really enjoy living here.

The community is friendly, yet the units are set up in a very private and secure manner.

Management is accessible, responsive, and easy to talk to.

Even though the square footage is slightly less than my previous 1 bedroom, this studio footprint feels so much more open and spacious.

I love to cook, and the kitchen is very functional.

The bathroom is large in comparison to what I expected from a Studio… .

Groceries, hardware stores and awesome restaurants, and KU Medical Center all within near walking distance.

The Penthouse apartments are done “top notch” with all the finest finishings and attention to detail.

Overall, 5 Stars!!!
