The owners Devan & Vijay Dewer are slumlords in my opinion. They are violent and show little concern about their tenants. Roaches, gnats and mice are everywhere. I didn't have heat/cool for 3 yrs. There's visible mold/mildew. The roof tiles are falling off. Dave the manager is a liar and says whatever it takes to get you out the office. Fortunately I just sued them and won over 15k but they still haven't paid me a dime or fixed what the court ordered them to fix. I have lived here coming up on two years now and really enjoy living here.

The community is friendly, yet the units are set up in a very private and secure manner.

Management is accessible, responsive, and easy to talk to.

Even though the square footage is slightly less than my previous 1 bedroom, this studio footprint feels so much more open and spacious.

I love to cook, and the kitchen is very functional.

The bathroom is large in comparison to what I expected from a Studio... .

Groceries, hardware stores and awesome restaurants, and KU Medical Center all within near walking distance.

The Penthouse apartments are done “top notch” with all the finest finishings and attention to detail.
