Suntree Apartments

I have been at Suntree now for a little over a year. I have truly found this to be a very good value, and I am glad that I chose to move here. The staff is super Pleasant to work with and the maintenance staff is very attentive I like my neighbors and the community is quite clean as well plenty of parking so I give them a very good review I am glad to be here! I plan to stay another year

We lived there for 2 years and it was horrible. They advertised remodeled units which are mold infested units painted to please. They throw new appliances in the mix to make you feel like it's newer then bugs start coming out. Mike maintenances incompetent leader. Kathy is racist and makes it well known. This place has had homeless people living in units for free

Bedbugs, mold, leaking ceilings, dripping faucets, terrible maintenance staff, terrible management, 7 foot ceilings, false advertising, constant gunshots

Tried going in for a tour that a "third party" service that apparently has no idea what it is doing. Arrived on time for my "scheduled tour" only to be met with what seems like the property manager saying my tour doesn't exist and they can't show me anything. Came off cold and unprofessional. Not a good first impression whatsoever. However, afterwards I was approached by a man who was able to give me adequate information about the property, but still no tour.

I hate to give a review like this but I have to. Every time I go up to the complex I am met with no knowledge of my scheduled appointment, and being told there is no availability when the app and their “scheduling 3rd party” company says there is. I’ve gone up there three different times to look at a one bedroom. Guess I’ll take my business somewhere else.
