Still Loving It

I read the other reviews & want to respond. 1st off, there IS a playground in the middle of the common area court yard. It is for smaller kiddos, probably not of much interest for the 12+. Only problem I've seen are a SMALL few unsupervised older kids. They have been the consistent issue. But right across the street is the elementary school with a super nice playground, basketball court etc. When the pandemic hits, this property also was hit with staffing shortage and it was beginning to effect... several things. With no oversight, a selected few acted up. But the majority of tenants here are awesome. Yes there are some older residents, but there are also young families. It's a good mix of all walks of life. After a year of living here, I still love it! My apt. is spacious & my neighbors are great. I would still recommend taking a look. So if you're needing a property that holds your hand, this is probably not your property. But if you're wanting a nice, affordable, spacious place to live, I highly recommend Covington Woods.

Worst place ever

There are to many adult woman that dislike children and disrespect adults at these apartment
The managment sucks, they threaten people and make it a hard place.for young kids to even have fun. The apartments are the worst I have seen in a long time. They are not updated but cost alot to live in, there is no pool and no place for kids to play. Management and many adults make it seem like it should be for old folks. I would never live here every. The school district is the best ever. Just these... apartments need to be bought out and redone asap.

WORST COMMUNICATION

I have tried repeatedly over the past couple of weeks to get a hold of the complex to inquire on the accessibility of units. I have left multiple messages and I have called repeatedly AND sent emails. I have gotten no responses on any of them. If you want to rent these apartments I suggest you do all communication in person. Hopefully it's worth it.
