Over-priced, poorly managed

It's an alright building, but the management is terrible. The "quick access to downtown" isn't worth it, save yourself some money and live anywhere else.

It took them one year to pay me the signing bonus. The person who showed me around on the day I moved in didn't know the building and couldn't answer simple questions about the place, including where the garbage was. They never did get back to me with the door codes.

My neighbor was consistently playing music at night so loud that it was… ~70dB in my bedroom. Calling the management, they would just tell me to call the police. They never made a note of who was causing the problem, so no chance they planned to do anything about it or get involved in any way.

According to the police officers I had to let into the building, they didn't have codes for the building or floors, so that seems like a massive safety risk.

There was maintenance after I moved out and the maintenance crew didn't clean up after themselves, so I was charged for the mess.

There's no place like home..

..and I love my home at 901 Lofts! Very nice apartments and great service from the management teams..Living downtown obviously has its perks, but my favorite is taking the elevator downstairs and having breakfast/brunch at Milton's...right here in the building! Can't beat that! Rock Chalk!

I miss this place

I used to live at 901 Lofts until I moved into FM's new building, 888 Lofts! I love it there, but I miss my old apartment at 901! Great neighbors and management was always helpful too! I highly recommend living here!

Great Apartments

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. . I love the convenience of the elevator and two story covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful area to live in downtown Lawrence."
