I really like living at the nest as a KU student because there is a separation between school and home. The apartments are extremely nice. I also love having my own room and bathroom.

Not great staff, pretty unhelpful most the time. Some of them are very nice but majority of the time not. Love my apartment and the amenities though.

Living at The Nest has been a mostly positive experience. The location is super convenient, especially for someone my age close to campus and within a short distance of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The amenities here, like the fitness center and the study rooms, have definitely made my life easier when it comes to balancing school and personal life.
The apartment itself is pretty modern and well-maintained. The common areas are clean, and I’ve never had issues with noise from... neighbors, which can be a big deal in student living situations. The management is friendly and responsive for the most part, and maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, although there have been a few delays during busy times.
