Live somewhere else
My apartment has roaches.
When many residents complained about the old cruddy AC's not working in their apartments this summer, magament sent out a mass message basically staying "deal with it".
One of the employees seems to enjoy threatening to tow cars at any given opportunity, such as having a registration tag that's a few days expired. I walked around the parking lot today and about 1/5th of cars had a warning.
The laundry machines cost almost double that of a nearby laundromat, and they... forget to unlock the laundry rooms so often I've given up on using them.
I could go on, but there are much better options in Lawrence. Live somewhere else.

Great Choice
If you’re looking for a place in Lawrence that combines a great location with excellent service, I definitely recommend checking out Union Flats and Townhomes!
What really makes this place stand out, though, is the office staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and always helpful. They genuinely care about residents and make a great effort to create a positive living environment.Thank you Jennifer and Wes.

Great Place
I have been here for three years going on four, and as someone who isn’t from Kansas this is the best place I have live in Lawrence. The people who work in the leasing office have always been helpful and super friendly. Maintenance has always tries to complete any request as quickly as they can. If I keep living in Lawrence I will definitely stay here and move to a bigger unit.

Worst experience ever.
On move in day the shower drain was clogged due to excessive paint from resurfacing… Dryer could not be installed due to not having proper exhaust system in the unit… Refrigerator was filthy, needed to be replaced and took them 3 months to do so… front window does not lock, back door does not work, blinds do not fit windows properly, today is my 3rd day without Air Conditioning… still waiting for maintenance to show up…
